摘要
目的探讨足部感染创面的分类及处理原则。方法对432例足部不同部位、不同组织、不同类型的感染创面采取不同的方法进行治疗。结果一次手术封闭创面369例,再次手术封闭创面63例。结论足部感染创面可依其原因、深度、范围进行分类,并据此选择适当的手术方法,可以明显提高一次手术治愈率。
Objective To explore the classification and treatment principle of the infective wounds in the foot.Methods The432patients with infective wounds in the foot were treated with different methods ac-cording to the different kinds of wound.Results In the432patients the wounds were healed after opera-tion in one session in369patients,after two session in63patients.Conclusion The classification of the infective wound in the foot is decided according to the etiology,depth,and extent of the wounds.By sin-gle operation be could obtained satisfactory curative rate if the operation is chosen appropriately.
