摘要
为了解决前足底创面不易愈合这一较棘手的难题,根据足局部血供特点,设计了趾腓侧岛状皮瓣的修复方法,已用于6例,均获得满意效果。认为:①本皮瓣血供丰富,质地优良,带有神经,术后耐磨耐压,可恢复足的正常行走和负重功能;②皮瓣血管神经蒂长,通过“隧道”可顺利移转至前足底各处创面;③血管变异少,手术简便,有利推广。
The sole,as the body weight-bearing region,is characterized with the skin of thick stra- tum corneum.Wound in the region is difficult to cure.Based on the blood supply of the foot,a fibular skin flap of the great toe was designed and used to treat the defect of the planta pedis.Clinical applica tions in 6 cases were successful.The operation results were satisfactory.
