摘要
进一步提高手术的成功率和远期生存率是心脏移植研究的主要方面 ,而如何提高供心的保存技术 ,改善供心质量是其关键。供心离体保存有其独特的特点。移植供心的保存方法主要有两种 :单纯低温保存和持续灌注保存。
The main research aspect of heart transplantation is to improve successful rate of operation and long term survival rate.The crux of heart transplantation is to improve the technique of donor heart preservation and also the quality.Preservation of donor heart in vitro has many distinctive characteristics.The two main preservation methods of donor heart are simple hypothermic storage and consistent perfusion storage.It is possible that the myocardial protection method of beating heart is a new and advanced preservation method of donor heart.
