摘要
目的了解山东部分地区军团杆菌感染情况和流行病学特征,指导军民做好军团病的防治工作。方法在驻地选择调查点,收集人和动物血清,采用微量凝集试验检测血清抗体,同时收集相关资料,进行整理分析。结果①驻地健康人群中军团杆菌自然感染较普遍,1人感染2～3个血清型者占6.91%;②首次证实驻地猪、牛、羊、鸡和鼠类均存在军团杆菌感染,主要血清型与当地人群型别相一致;③驻地肺炎病人中有26.32%系军团杆菌感染,中老年易感,冬季多发。结论应开展本病的监测及防治,预防其发生、流行。
Objective To know the infection and epidemiological characteristics of legionella in Shan-dong troops garrison,and direct the prevention and treatment of it.Methods Selected investigation spots in the garrison,collected sera in men and animals,detected sera antibody by micro agglutination test,meanwhile collected relative data to arrange and analyze.Results①The nature infection of le-gionella was fairly widespread among the healthy crowd in the garrison,and it is6.91%that one adult is infected with two or three serotype;②It was the first time to confirm that the legionella infection ex-ist in pig,cattle,sheep,chicken and rat,and its main serotype was consistent to the type of the local crowd;③It was26.32%that were infected by legionella in the pneumonia cases in the garrison,the middle-aged and the aged persons were easy to be infected,the disease mainly happened in winter.Conclusion Monitoring and prevention should be performed to protect against develop and epidemic of the legionellosis.
