摘要
目的 :测定肝得安胶囊中苦参碱的含量。方法 :硅胶 G薄层板 ,苯 -丙酮 -醋酸乙酯 -浓氨试液 (2∶ 3∶ 4∶ 0 .2 )展开 ;λS=5 10 nm ,λR=6 5 0 nm。结果 :线性范围 0 .99～ 4.95μg,平均回收率 99.2 6 % ,RSD=3.79%。结论
Objective:To establish a method to determine the content of Matrine in Gandean Capsule.Method:Silica gel G thin layer plate,benzene acetone aceticester stronger ammonia water(2∶3∶4∶0.2) developed,λ S=510nm,λ R=650nm.Result:The linear range was 0.99-4.95μg,The average recovery rate was 99.26%,RSD=3.79%.Conclusion:This method can be used for the quantitative determination of Matrine in Gandean Capsule.
