摘要
主要用数学模型模拟研究了CAS-OB和常规底吹氩在不同底吹位置时的流场,并详细分析各种情况下的流场特点,旨在得到一个较好的流场,能更好地提高发热剂的发热效率,增加提温速度,减少浸渍罩耐材的剥落。模拟结果表明,CAS-OB和常规底吹氩流场有较大的不同,在流速一定的情况下,流场与浸渍罩深度、底吹位置有较大关系,CAS-OB钢包中底吹位置在偏心0.45r处,所得流场比较有利于改善钢液质量。
The mathematical model which describes the fluid flow in a bubble stirred general ladle and CAS-OB ladle is presented . The fluid field analysis is obtained in all kinds of condition. The model is applied to the study of refractory wear and velocity of increasing temperature .The result shows that the flow field between CAS-OB ladle and general ladle is different. when gas velocity is fixed, the flow field has related on the position of nozzle and skernol.When the position of nozzle is located 0.45r,numerical predictions for a water model of a ladle show very satisfactory, the flow field is good for improving the quality of liquid steel .
