VD处理是提高钢液质量、扩大品种的重要工艺途径。通过VD处理 ,钢液洁净度大大提高 ,可以达到 [H]≤ 2× 10 - 6 、[O]≤ 2 0× 10 - 6 、[S]≤ 50× 10 - 6 、夹杂物含量大为减少 ,钢板探伤合格率大为提高 ;控制合适的工艺参数 ,使电炉 +LF +VD冶炼 [C]≤ 0 .0
