摘要
目的 研究黔岭淫羊藿 (EpimediumleptorrhizumStearn .)根的化学成分 ,为阐明其有效成分提供依据。 方法 利用硅胶柱层析进行分离 ,根据化合物的光谱数据 (IR ,UV ,MS ,1H NMR ,13 C NMR)和化学方法鉴定其结构。结果 从其根的石油醚和醋酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到 5个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :三十三烷烃 (Ⅰ ) ,β谷甾醇 (Ⅱ ) ,6 ,2 2 二羟基何柏烷 (Ⅲ ) ,宝藿苷Ⅱ(大花淫羊藿苷A) (Ⅳ ) ,2 O 鼠李糖基淫羊藿次苷Ⅱ (Ⅴ )。结论 化合物Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ和Ⅳ系首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents of the root of Epimedium leptorrhizum in order to obtain a more comprehensive understanding on its effective components. METHODS: The compounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel, and elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical evidence, respectively. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated from the petroleum mether and the ethyl acetate extract. Their structures were identified as tritriacontane(I), β-sitosterol(II), 6, 22-hopanediol(III), baohuoside II (ikarisoside A) (IV) and 2-O-rhamnosylicariside II (V). CONCLUSION: The compounds I, II, III and IV were isolated from the plant for the first time.
