摘要
回顾分析了近年来中医药治疗狼疮性肾炎 (LN)的进展概况 ,发现中医治疗LN多以调补肝肾、清热解毒、活血化瘀为主 ,如能够配合用免疫抑制剂或分阶段治疗等方法 ,疗效则更理想。提示中西医结合治疗LN将是今后临床研究的方向 ,而中药作用的机理尚有待作进一步探讨。
This paper reviews and analyzes the research progress of the lupus nephritis(LN) treated by Chinese medicine in recent years,and finds that LN is usually treated with herbs effective to nourish the liver and kidneys,clear heat and resolve toxin,activate blood and dissipate bloodstasis,as well as immunosuppressant and by stage,and good effects are obtained.It is suggested that LN may be treated with integrated Chinese and western medicines in the future practice,but the mechanism of Chinese medicine remains to be further studied.
