摘要
目的 :探讨乌梢蛇血清对小鼠免疫功能的正向调节作用。方法 :正常BALB/C小鼠与环磷酰胺处理小鼠分别灌服乌梢蛇血清 2 0d ,测定外周血白细胞数与NK细胞活性。结果 :乌梢蛇血清能升高小鼠白细胞数与NK细胞活性 ,对环磷酰胺诱发的NK细胞活性降低有恢复作用。结论 :乌梢蛇血清对机体免疫功能具有正向调节作用。
Objective:To investigate the positive immunomodulation effect of serum of Zaocys dhumnades(SZD).Method:Normal BALB/C mice and the others treated with cyclophosphamide(CY) took SZD for 20 days.The numbers of leucocyte and natural killer (NK) cell activities were determined.Result:SZD can increase numbers of leucocyte and NK cell activities,improve the immune function inhibited by CY.Conclusion:SZD can positively adjust the immune function.
