摘要
目的 探讨脑卒中偏瘫病人接受康复护理训练后肢体运动功能的恢复效果。方法 采用随机分组 ,将 6 2例脑卒中偏瘫病人 ,分为观察组和对照组 (各 31例 ) ,对观察组病人实施康复护理训练。结果 经康复护理训练后 ,2组病人下肢活动能力的差别具有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,上肢活动能力及日常生活能力的差别具有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 早期实施康复护理训练 ,有利于脑卒中病人提高运动功能和生活活动能力。
Objective\ To investigate the recovering result of the extremities motor function of the hemiparalysis patients with stroke who received rehabilitation training and caring. Method\ 62 patients were randomly divided into observing group (n=31) with rehabilitation training caring,and control group(n=31). Result\ The lower extremities motor function between the two groups was significant different (P<0.01),The upper extremities motor function between the two groups was also different (P<0.05). Conclusion\ If the hemiparalysis patients with stroke are given rehabilitation training and caring early ,their extremities motor function can be improved.
