摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜异位症与人类白细胞抗原－DPBI(HLA-DPBI)等位基因的相关性,从而分析产宫内膜异位症患者的遗传易感性。方法采用DNA序列分析的分型技术(sequence-based typing,SBT)对38例经腹腔镜或外科手术证实为子宫内膜异位症患者和36例非子宫内膜异位症归女进行了进行HLA-DPBI等位基因的基因分型。结果 两组人群HLA－DRBI等位基因型频率的差异无显著性。结论 子宫内膜异位症与HLA-DRBI等位基因可能无相关性。
Objective To analyze the hereditary susceptibility in patients with endometriosis by way of genotyping ofHLA-DPB 1 alleles. Methods The allelic types of HLA-DPB1 were detected by sequence-based typing (SBT) in 38 patientswith endometriosis and 36 healthy women as the control. Result Significant differences in the frequcncy of HLA-DRB 1 allelewas not observed between endometriotic patients and normal subjects. Conclusion HLA-DPB1 allele may not be related toendometriosis.
