摘要
用CTAB法提取野生苎麻总DNA ,结合野生苎麻中酚类、黄酮类等次生代谢物质多的特点 ,加入一定浓度的PVP、β—巯基乙醇 ,可以获得高分子量DNA ,经实验鉴定 ,其纯度符合分子遗传实验要求。
Through the method of CTAB,Total DNA of wild Ramie was extracted.According to the character of wild Ramie that it contains lots of secondary metabolites such as alkaloid and phenli, high molecular mass DNA can be obtained by adding certain concentration of PVP,Mercapto Ethanol into extraction buffer. The results of the experiment show its purity can satisfy the demand of molecular genetic experiment.
