摘要
应用真彩色医学图象分析仪,对15例DU、GU和Con组患者的胃窦粘膜肉眼下非病变区30张切片,随机选择,经免疫组化双重染色的G和D细胞300个,进行形态定量分析。每个细胞检测12个参数,各项参数都行统计学t检验两两相比处理。在三组中,G细胞的周长、面积、长径、短径、比表面、平均截距、平均体积、平均表面积、圆球度、平均直径和D细胞的长径、短径、形状因子、平均轴比的显著差异率均在60％以上,这些结果,建立了溃疡病非病变区胃窦粘膜幽门腺G和D细胞的体视学形态参数数据库,并为它们参与内分泌调节提供了客观依据。
Based on the quantitative analysis by Color Jamge Analyser to 300 G and D cells selected randomly by dual immunohistochemical staining in 30 sections from existing in macroscopic unaffected part of antral mucosa in 15 cases including the gastric ulcer,duodenal ulcer and superficial gastritis as control group, 12 parameters for cell were measured and the para-meters analysed statistically between any two groups by t-test. Among these para meters, circumfe rence, a rea , long diameter, short diameter, specific surface mean intercept,mean volume,mean surface, sphericity and mean diameter of G cells, and long diameter, short diameter, form factor PE and mean axial ratio of D cells showed that variables were significant differential rate above 60%.The results indicated that a data base of sterologicai morphome-trical parameters of G and D cells was established and these measurement criteria can be taken as the objective basis for exploring endocrine regulation of G and D cells in pyloric gland of antral mucosa unaffected part of patients suffering from peptic ulcer
