摘要
应用三维CAD/CAE技术定量分析了某一增压柴油机采用直口和缩口ω型燃烧室时活塞的热负荷与机械负荷的改变情况,所得结果对于整机经济性能、排放指标与可靠性的综合优化设计提供了有效的依据。
The changes of temperature and stress distribution in a turbocharged diesel engine piston with toroide combustion chamber with and without squish lip respectively are analyzed by applying 3-di-mensions CAD/CAE technology. The solutions are of great value to the comprehensive optimum design for economy, exhaust emission and reliability of an engine.
