针对科技期刊面临的办刊经费不足、受主办单位制约和受网络信息的冲击等主要困难 ,从转变办刊观念、优化办刊队伍、提高刊物质量、提高经济效益等方面 。
According to the main difficulties and challenges,insufficent outlay to run scientific and technical periodicals,the sponsor's control and the situation lashed by the network information, etc.,the ways to activate scientific and technical periodicals from such aspects as changing our ideas to run journals, rationalizing our journal personal structure, working for better quality, and more and better economic results were discussed.
