摘要
在讨论思想政治工作与心理辅导的区别与联系的基础上 ,分析辅导员在实际工作中所产生的思想政治工作者角色与心理辅导角色的冲突以及如何减少冲突、协调发展的问题。
On the basis of discussion of the difference and connection between ideological and political work and psychological instruction.Analyze the confliction produced in the practical work between the role of ideological and political instructor and psychological instructor,then lessen the corfliction and develop coodinatedly.
