摘要
经过对比试验 ,研究了菌龄和脱色时间的变化对革兰氏染色结果的影响。实验结果表明 ,菌龄和脱色时间的改变 。
This paper studied change of bacterium age influence on result of Gram′s dye and change of decolorantion time influence on result of Gram′s dye.The study shows that change of bacterium age and decolorantion time have biggish influence on result of Gram′s dye.
