摘要
运用革兰氏染色法、氧化酶和触酶鉴定法,以及自动化细菌鉴定/药敏分析仪等手段,对近年来从江苏各地收集的水产病原菌进行了种属鉴定。结果显示,革兰氏阳性菌仅占13%,而革兰氏阴性菌所占比重达到87%。并且,嗜水气单胞菌、温和气单胞菌和豚鼠气单胞菌仍为水生动物的主要病原菌。药敏试验结果表明,病原菌普遍对氧氟沙星的耐药率较高,为32.17%;其次为阿莫西林,耐药率为27.59%。此外,病原菌的交叉耐药现象十分严重,提示我们在养殖实践中要注重合理用药。
Aquatic pathogens collected from all over Jiangsu province in recent years were classified and identified by gram stain,oxidase and catalase identification method,and automatic bacteria identification and drug sensitivity analysis equipment. The results showed that Gram -positive bacteria accounted for only 13% ,while Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 87%. Aeromonas hydrophila,Aeromonas sobria and Aeromonas caviae are always the main pathogenic bacteria in aquatic animals.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the pathogenic bacteria generally resistant to ofloxacin, the resistant rate is higher to 32.17% ;followed by amoxicillin,the resistant rate was 27.59% .In addition,cross resistance of pathogenic bacteria is very serious, so we should pay attention to the rational use of drugs in aquaculture practice.
