摘要
考察了关键独立变数对氯代十六烷基吡啶 (CPC)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠 (SDBS)分批泡沫分离行为的影响 ,确定了最佳泡沫分离条件 ,对水样中微量 CPC和 SDBS及它们的缔合物进行了分离富集 ,并对短柱中小体积样品和长柱中大体积样品的分离效果进行了比较和评价 ,可供工业处理污水和回收微量物质参考 .在实验的基础上提出了临界起泡浓度和泡沫分离有效浓度范围的概念 .对 CPC和 SDBS的泡沫分离行为、可浮性及泡沫分离有效浓度范围进行了比较 。
The effects of the key independent variables on the batch foam fractionation behaviors of CPC and SDBS have been investigated,and the optimal experimental conditions for foam fractionation were established.The comparison and evaluation of foam fractionation efficiency between the small volume sample in short column and the large volume sample in long column have been discussed.All experimental conclusions are useful for industrial treatment of waste water and recycling of trace components.On the basis of the experiments,the concepts of Critical Foam Concentration(CMC) and Efficient Concentration Extent for Foam Fractionation(ECEFF) have been suggested to guide flotation of surface-active agents from aqueous solution.Foam fractionation behaviors,surface activity and ECEFF have been compared between CPC and SDBS,and the reasons from which differences resulted are discussed.
