摘要
针对大型汽轮发电机组现场动平衡问题,根据多年现场经验和理论研究结果,介绍现场机组轴系高效动平衡的一些策略与关键技术,包括对转子振动数据稳定性的判断、动平衡前期的数据处理、转子不平衡质量轴向位置的确定、模态分析辅助决定动平衡、影响系数处理技术等,对实现现场大型机组动平衡有实际应用价值。
Based upon the many years' in-situ experiences and theoretical study result of dynamic balancing of large size turbo-gen-erator set,this paper introduces some tactics and key techniques of in-situ high efficiency shaft system dynamic balancing of turbo-generator set,involving the judgment of rotor vibration data stability,earlier stage data processing of dynamic balancing,determi-nation of axial location of rotor's unbalancing mass,modal analysis to support the determination of dynamic balancing,processing technique of influence coefficient etc.All these have practical application value for realizing the in-situ dynamic balancing of large size turbo-generator set.
