摘要
轴系非稳定振动是超临界机组的一种重要的振动故障。具体介绍某种引进的320MW超临界机组轴系的非稳定振动的特征、现场试验过程、测试结果及其分析意见。结论认为,这种机型非稳定振动的性质是汽流激振,原因与机组结构设计、运行参数等多方面因素有关。
Non-steady vibration of shaft system is an important vibration fault of supercritical pressure generation unit.In this paper,the features,on-site tesing process,measuring and testing results and analytical suggestions of non-steady shaft system vibration of the imported 320 MW supercritical pressure generating units are described in detail.It is concluded that,the property of non-steady vibration of such kind unit is of steam-excited vibration. The causes are related with the structural design and operating parameters of unit etc .factors.
