静脉滴注红霉素提高鼻肠喂养管盲插成功率 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨置管前静脉滴注红霉素是否能提高鼻肠喂养管盲插的成功率。方法:37例危重病人随机分为2组,实验组给予红霉素250mg静脉滴注,对照组给予等容量生理氯化钠静脉滴注;10分钟后盲插鼻肠喂养管。插管完成后3小时行床边X线造影腹部摄片以明确管端位置。结果:静脉滴注红霉素组的置管成功率为58%(11/19),明显高于对照组的置管成功率(22%,4/18),P<0.05。结论:置管前予红霉素250mg静脉滴注可提高鼻肠喂养管盲插成功率。 Objective:To determine whether intravenous (IV) infusion of erythromycin prior to tube insertion can improve the success rate of bedside blind placement of nasoenteral feeding tubes. Methods:Thirty seven critically ill patients were randomized into 2 groups. 250 mg of erythromycin lactobionate in 100 mL normal saline was given intravenously to patients in the study group,while the same volume of normal saline was given to other patients as control. After 10 minutes,a nasoenteral feeding tube was introduced blindly in both groups. Three hours later,an abdominal radiograph with contrast was obtained at the bedside for confirmation of the tip location of the feeding tube. Results:The success rate of tube placement was 58% (11/19) in the erythromycin infusion group,significantly greater than 22% (4/18) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:An IV infusion of 250 mg of erythromycin prior to tube insertion improves the success rate of bedside blind placement of nasoenteral feeding tubes.
