摘要
目的 建立简便易行的异种心脏异位移植动物模型。方法 采用改良Ono术式行豚鼠 大鼠异种异位心脏移植。结果 进行正式实验 6 0例 ,成功率为 90 % ,移植后平均存活时间为 (30± 8)min ,主要失败原因为麻醉意外、吻合口出血。结论这种模型操作简便 ,重复性好 ,适合研究选用。
Objective To establish a simple heart heterotopic xenotransplantation animal model. Methods Guinea pig to rat heterotopic cardiac transplantation were performed using modified Ono procedure. Results Rate of success was 90%.Mean survive time was (30±8)min.The failure reasons included anastomotic bleeding and anesthetic accident. Conclusion This model proves to be relatively simple,stable and practicable, to be used in experimental study .
