摘要
目的 对川芎药材进行指纹图谱研究 ,对来源于不同地区的川芎进行了比较。方法 采用KromasilKR1 0 0 5C18分析柱 ,0 .5 %H3 PO4 H2 O与 0 .5 %H3 PO4 CH3 OH梯度洗脱 ,流速 1mL/min ,柱温 2 5℃ ,DAD检测器 ,检测波长 2 80nm ,参比波长 36 0nm。结果 确定了川芎药材指纹图谱的高效液相分析条件 ,建立了川芎的特征指纹图谱。结论 川芎中各成分均得到很好分离 。
OBJECTIVE To investigate into the fingerprint chromatography of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and compare the drug grown in different areas. METHOD The methods and apparatus used included Kromasil KR100-5 C 18 analysis column, 0.5% H 3PO 4-H 2O and 0.5% H 3PO 4-CH 3OH gradient elution, 1 mL/min in flow rate, 25℃ in column temperature, DAD detector, 280 nm in detecting wavelength, and 360 nm in reference wavelength. RESULT The conditions for high performance liquid chromatography of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and the characteristic fingerprint chromatography for Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong were established. CONCLUSION The various components of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong were well isolated, which can serve as the specific fingerprint chromatography for Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong.
