摘要
目的 观察锁孔手术微血管减压治疗颅内神经血管压迫综合征的疗效和安全性。方法 采取微血管减压手术治疗 112例患者 ,其中三叉神经痛 78例、面肌痉挛 31例、舌咽神经痛 3例 ,并对手术入路及血管神经隔离方法进行改良。结果 手术早期的手术总有效率为 98 2 % ,除 1例听力明显下降外 ,无一例发生脑脊液漏、颅内感染等严重并发症。结论 锁孔手术微血管减压是治疗颅内神经血管压迫综合征的安全有效方法 。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of microvascular decompression for neurovascular compression symdromes by key hole approach.Methods Of all the 112 patients treated with microvascular decompression,78 had trigeminal neuralgia,31 had hemifacial spasm and 3 had glossopharyngeal neuralgia.The operation was improved in its approach and the methods to isolate microvessels and nerves.Results For all the patients the early cure rate was 98.2%,with only one patient developing remarkable hearing loss.None of them had C.S.F.leakage and infection or other serious complications.Conclusion Microvascular decompression is a safe and effective operation for neurovascular compression syndromes.The improvement of the operation is beneficial for increasing cure rate and preventing complication.
