摘要
针对目前市场上对优质小麦的需求 ,分析了小麦品质现状及存在问题 ,对旱地小麦优质化生产的可行性进行了探讨 ,提出了旱地高产小麦品质育种的总体目标和选择方向 ,以及小麦抗旱、高产、优质育种的途径。
The present situation and existent problem of wheat quality were analysed in accordance with market demand of quality wheat. The feasibility of quality production were explored on dryland wheat. The overall goal and selective direction of quality breeding were suggested on dryland wheat with high yield. The way, method and strategies of wheat breeding with drought resistance,high yield and quality were discussed in the thesis.
