摘要
在分析先前企业绩效 (或存量投资绩效 )的评价方法的基础上 ,根据战略集团理论、战略管理理论提出了基于战略集团思想的投资绩效评价方法 ,探讨了运用其方法的具体步骤和相关问题 ,并对战略匹配问题进行了分析 ,选取了一个家电上市公司战略集团进行了基于战略集团思想的企业投资绩效评价 ,分析表明此评价方法将绩效评价和绩效改进有机地结合起来 。
The prior method of appraising investment performance was approached. Based on strategic groups theory and strategy management theory,a new kind of method of appraising investment performance was put forward. A case was studied with a strategic group in Chinese household appliances industry. This appraisal approach is feasible and has its application value. The method of the performance appraisal is effectively linked with the performance improvement.
