摘要
选用籽粒色泽不同遗传标记材料 ,将白粒玉米 (作母本 )花粉与紫粒玉米 (作父本 )花粉以及黄粒高油玉米 (作父本 )花粉大致以 1:1:1混合的授粉方式 ,研究玉米油分基因花粉直感效应。结果表明 ,普通玉米间杂交 ,籽粒含油量变化不大 ,因组合而异。用高油玉米作父本给普通玉米授粉 ,因高油玉米花粉直感效应 ,可显著提高杂交当代籽粒含油量。据试验估计 ,用高油玉米自交系为材料做授粉亲本 ,花粉直感效应值为 0 .35~ 0 .38,用高油单交种为材料做授粉亲本 ,花粉直感效应值为 0 .36~ 0 .4
The Xenia effect of corn oil genes were strdied by using mixed pollen from corns with three different colors, i.e., white, purple and yellow respectively, with the proportion of 1∶1∶1. The results showed that the oil content of the kernel changed little in crosses between normal corns(white×purple). But it changed significantly in crosses where normal corn (white) were pollinated by high oil content corn(yellow), due to Xenia effect of the high oil pollens. The Xenia effect value of oil content was estimated to be 0.35~0.38 and 0.36~0.48 respectively for inbred lines and single cross hybrids.
