摘要
从屠宰场随机采取健康猪和牛血清和肝脏进行人乙肝两对半检测。结果从肝脏均检出S抗原和e抗原 ;血清中则检出S抗体和C抗体。S抗原、e抗原和S抗体阳性率都很高 ,并有一部份为强阳性 。
Livers and serums of cattle and pigs from slaughterhouse were detected with ELISA kits for determination of HBsAg?HBeAg?anti HBs?anti HBe and anti HBc.The experiment results showed that HBsAg and HBeAg were detected from livers,anti HBs and anti HBc were detected from serums of above two animals.The positive rates of HBsAg,HBeAg and anti HBs were very high,and some of them were strongly positive reaction.The results demonstrated that hepatitis type B virus like exists in livers of cattle and pigs.
