摘要
本文以乙酰苯胺为起始原料,经氯磺化后分别和不同碳链的正烷基胺反应制得4种不同碳链长度的对乙酰氨基苯磺酰烷基胺,将其水解后制得了对氨基苯磺酰正丁胺、对氨基苯磺酰正辛胺、对氨基苯磺酰正十二胺和对氨基苯磺酰正十八胺。上述四种碳链长度的对氨基苯磺酰烷基胺重氮化后与吮啶酮衍生物偶合分别制得了对苯磺酰烷基胺偶氮吡啶酮系聚丙烯用黄色染料,最大吸收波长分别为430.2nm、430.6nm、430.51nm和430.4nm。在染色条件下,经过120分钟染色,4支染料在聚丙烯纤维上的上染率分别为52.1%、58.1%、60.5%和55%。
In this paper, acetanilide used as start material was chlorosulfonated, then reacted with alkylamines with different length of carbon chain to prepare 4 p-acetylaminophenylsulfonylalkylamine. p-Aminophenylsulfonyl-n-butylamine, p-aminophenylsulfonyl-n-octylamine, p-aminophenylsulfonyl-n-laurylamine and p-aminophenylsulfonyl-n-octadecylamine was prepared by hydrolysis of p-acetylaminophenylsulfonylalkylamine. The above 4 p-aminophenylsulfonylalkylamines were diazotized and then coupled with pyridone derivatives to prepare p-phenylsulfonylalkylaminoazopyridone yellow dyes for PP. The maximum absorption was, respectively, 430.2 nm, 430.6nm, 430.5nm,430.4nm. Under the dyeing condition, after 120min,the exhaustion of the 4 dyes on PP fibers was 52.1 %,58.1%, 60.5% and 55% respectively.
