摘要
本文合成了两个系列14个以吡啶酮衍生物为偶合组份的分散染料,研究了重氮组份及偶合组份上取代基的性质及位置对染料吸收光谱及染色性能的影啊.并对染料的晶型进行了探讨。重氮组份上引入甲氧基有明显的增色效应,重氮组份上偶氮基邻位带有能与踪式结构中亚胺基上形成氢键基团的染料上色性能好。
Pyridone azo disperse dyes have been synthesized,and the influence of the properties and position of the substituents both in diazo and coupling components on the spectral and dyeing behaviors of those dyes were investigated. It is found that the introduction of methoxy group into diazo componenet leads to the red shift in spectrum of dyes.The presence of echo-substituents in diazo component which can form intermolecular hydrogen bond with imino group in the hydrozon form is in favour of the dyeing behaviors.
