摘要
在知识经济环境下 ,图书馆的管理模式已由原来机械的“以书为本”转变为注重知识 ,发挥人的主动创造性的人性化管理。本文详细阐述了人力资源管理在图书馆管理中的运用 。
The administration of libraries when entering the era of Knowledge Economy,has transferred from the banal'Books-oriented'model to a more humance one that values individual knowledge make-up and allows full play to creativity. A new personal system is suggested in the present,article specifying the of application human resources to library administration.
