摘要
用于防治增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩的药物很多,主要包括3个方面:一类药物包括去炎松-A、曲尼司特、异搏定、维甲酸类、腐胺、别嘌呤醇、抗感明、透明质酸、5-氟尿嘧啶等;二是多肽生长因子类,如干扰素;三是基因治疗。
Many drugs have been used for the treatment of hypertrophic scars and keloids.These include:(1)triamcinolone acetonide, tranilast, verapamil, retinoic acid, putrescine, allopurino, avil,hyaluronic,and 5 FU;(2)polypeptides growth factors as interferon;(3)gene therapy.
