摘要
针对传统离散事件动态仿真软件可重用性差的缺陷 ,提出了基于组件技术的设计方法 ,给出了基于组件技术的离散事件动态系统通用的模型接口及原型实现 ,开发了类似 Matlab的离散事件动态系统仿真环境 .该仿真工具通过拖放创建模型 ,联线建立模型间逻辑联系 ,并在炼钢连铸车间物流仿真中得到了运用 .
The drawbacks of the traditional simulation tools for DEDS (discrete event dynamic system) were illustrated. A novel method based on COM (component object model) to design DEDS simulation platform was presented. The interfaces based on COM of a generic model of DEDS were illustrated. The principle of the model prototyping can be applied to other DEDS simulation applications. A simulation tool for DEDS was developed via the COM based model prototyping. It provides visual and hierarchical pictures to the construction of a virtual production system. The simulation tool was applied in the simulation of an Iron & Steel plant. The simulation results match the real data of the steel making production. The COM based method can be applied to other FMS(flexible manufacturing system) simulations as well.
