摘要
为了保持双脉宽调制 (PWM)三电平调速装置直流电容电压的平衡 ,提高装置的运行性能和可靠性 ,提出了一种新型的有功功率反馈控制方法。通过将逆变桥侧的有功功率直接反馈到整流桥的电流环给定 ,实现了直流电容电压与异步电机运行状态的完全解耦。理论分析和仿真结果表明 :该方法可以大大减小异步电机运行状态突变对直流电容电压的影响 ,在负载突变和加减速等动态过程中不仅能保持直流电容电压基本不变 ,而且可使网侧功率因数始终为 1,系统有良好的静。
A new control method with active power feedback is proposed to balance the DC link voltage and enhance the performance of dual PWM three level electric drive systems. The active power on the inverter side feeds into the current reference of the rectifier side, which decouples the DC link voltage from the motor operation state. Theoretical analysis and simulations prove that the method greatly reduces the influence of sudden changes in the motor operation state on the DC voltage. During transient processes caused by load and speed variations, the system can keep the DC link voltage almost constant, always having unity power factor on the input side, thus both the steady and dynamic system performance and the reliability are improved.
