摘要
中点钳位式三电平变流器(NPC)的直流侧电压平衡问题直接影响着变流器的工作可靠性。本文分析了造成其直流侧电压失衡的原因并提出了一种压频转换式中点钳位控制方法,给出了利用87C196MC单片机实现的具体控制和编程思路,通过仿真和实验结果证明了该控制方法的正确性与可行性。
The problem of DC-side voltage balance affects the reliability of neutral-point level clamping three-level converters directly . Therefore, what causes the DC-side voltage unbalance is anlyzed and a new neutral-point level clamping control method with voltage-frequency conversion for three-level converters is presented, The control principle and programming scheme with 87C196MC single chip computer of the system are also proposed. The validity of the control method is confirmed by results of simulation and experiment.
