摘要
文章阐述了科技成果管理过程中因署名权、归属权、合理使用与侵权的争议而形成的知识产权问题 ,分析了产生争议的原因 。
The paper expounds some subjects about intellectual property rights in the course of science and technology results management,which are caused by the controversy on the right of signature,the right of belongings,and the fair using or not.Then the paper analyses the cause of the controversy and raises countermeasures.
