摘要
提出了一种新的全光亮镀镍工艺,在常规的电镀液中,将原有的次级光亮剂改为非丁炔二醇体系的“871”镀镍光亮剂。镀液出光速度快,镀层光亮均匀,经中性盐雾试验,其耐腐蚀性能比采用丁炔二醇光亮剂提高二级。该镀液可在低主盐浓度,小电流密度下生产,因而可节约镍材,提高经济效益。
A new brightener for nickel plating is put forward in this paper. The experiment showed that quick completely brightening effect could be reached and bright even coatings could be obtained without difficulty. The corrosion resistance of the coating in the neutral salt fog atmosphere could be three times as high as that of using butynediol as brightener.
