摘要
目的探讨在高龄股骨颈骨折的手术治疗中优先选择人工股骨置换术或单纯内固定术。方法通过对已行人工股骨头置换术或单纯内固定术的176例70岁以上股骨颈骨折病人的回顾性调查,对两种术式的近期、中期、远期的疗效、并发症进行比较。结果人工股骨头置换术的近期疗效明显优于单纯内固定术(P<0.05),中期疗效亦优于单纯内固定术(P<0.05),远期的疗效两者相近(P>0.05),两者的近期、中期并发症相仿(P>0.05)。结论高龄股骨颈骨折的手术治疗中优先选择人工股骨头置换术.
Objective To investigate the choine of therapy applying artificial femoral head replacement or internal fixation to treat the patients over70years old with femoral neck fracture.Meth ods 176cases treated with artificial femoral head replacement or internal fixa-tion were retrospectively reviewed.The effect and the complications were compared between replacement group and fixation group in the near future?metaphase?long-term after operation.Re sults The effect in replacement group was significantly better than in fixation group in the near future and metaphase after operation(P<0.05).The long-term effect and the hear future?meta phase complications in two groups were found to differ insignificamtly(P>0.05).Conclusion Artificial femoral head replacement becomes a better therapy than internal fixation for a femoral neck fracture in old patients.[
