摘要
目的:观察人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:720例行人工股骨头置换术。结果:人工股骨头置换术后患者恢复良好,无骨折并发症发生。结论:人工股骨置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折是一种效果显著的治疗方法,可减少骨折并发症的发生,提高生存时间和生活质量。
Objective：Artificial femoral head replacement for treatment of femoral neck fracture analysis of clinical efficacy.Methods 720 patients with femoral neck fracture hemiarthroplasty patients clinical data were reviewed retrospectively.Results Hemiarthroplasty patients recovered well after surgery,no fracture complications.Conclusion The artificial hip replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fracture is a significant effect of treatment,greatly reduced the fracture incidence of complications,improved survival and quality of life.
