综述了近几年食品塑料包装材料中残留的化学物质和分析进展。内容包括聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚碳酸酯。
A review pertaining to the testing and analysis of chemical constituents and residua of plastic packaging materials for foodstuffs (including polyethylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, polycarbonate and tripolycyanamide materials) was presented. Seventeen references covering years from 1993 to 2000 were cited.
