摘要
在 p H5.0的 0 .0 2 mol/L 乙酸 -乙酸钠介质中 ,甲醛与硫酸肼的反应产物在- 1 .0 4 V处产生一个灵敏的吸附还原波 ,其峰高 ( ip)与甲醛浓度在 0 .0 1~ 1 .0 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系。方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、选择性好。用于食品包装材料、容器内壁涂料中游离甲醛的测定 。
The polarographic behavior of the reaction product of formaldehyde and diamine sufate on the drop mercury electrode was investigated in a buffer solution of 0.02 mol/L HOAc NaOAc (pH 5.0) and a sensitive reduction wave was obtained at -1.04 V (vs.SCE). Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit and the linear range were 0.01 mg/L and 0.01~1.0 mg/L for the formaldehyde, respectively. The proposed method was simple, rapid, sensitive and selective. This method has been applied to the determination of free formaldehyde in food packaging materials and container inner wall coating with satisfactory results.
