摘要
通过各种试验方案的比较研究 ,提出了比较科学合理的均匀性试验方案 ,以保证光谱分析块状标准物质均匀性检验测试数据的可靠性、科学性。
A thorough comparative study is made of three experimental programmes, and based on the data obtained, one of the three programmes is proved to be more reasonable and reliable. This programme is suggested to be used in the testing of homogeneity of certified reference materials (CRM′s) in disk form which are prepared to be used in atomic emission spectrometric analysis.
