摘要
从连铸坯组织结构、成分偏析的特点入手,应用统计分析的方法研究了由连铸坯制备光谱标准样品时可能对标样成品造成的影响,阐述了该方法制备的光谱标准样品不均匀性的根本原因,并提出了由连铸坯取料制备光谱标准样品的途径和方法。
Starting with structure and component deflection of continuous casting,the possible effects of the preparation of spectral standard samples by continuous casting on standard samples were investigated by statistics analytical method. The ultimate reasons of uniformity of spectral standard samples that were prepared by this method were expounded, and the pass and method of preparation of spectral standard samples by continuous casting were promoted.
