摘要
研究了高温过共晶Al Si合金熔体和低温亚共晶Al Si合金熔体混合后对微观组织的影响。结果表明 :熔体混合并迅速搅拌后的初晶硅大大细化 ,在 2min内浇注 ,可以获得分布均匀且尺寸小于 2 5 μm的初晶硅 ;随着熔体保持时间的延长 ,初晶硅的尺寸有增大的趋势。探讨了对硅相的细化机理。
Effect of melt treatment by mixing the high temperature hypereutectic Al-Si alloy melt and the low temperature hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy melt on microstructure is investigated in this paper. It is found that primary Si granules have been greatly refined in the optimum melt mixing condition. Primary Si particle size is reduced to 25μm poured in two minutes, the alloy microstructure has been obviously improved. With the extending of holding times, Primary Si particle size has a tendency of grain growing. The mechanism of refining granules of primary Si phase is also studied.
