Effect of Solid Solution Time on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Three Typical Al-Si Binary Alloys

摘要 考察了固溶时间对3种典型Al-Si合金变质前后组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着固溶时间的延长,变质前后的Al-Si合金抗拉强度逐渐降低,而伸长率有大幅度地提高;Al-12Si共晶合金抗拉强度及伸长率变化幅度最大;535℃固溶6h可获得综合性能较优的Al-Si合金;Sr的变质有助于固溶过程中共晶硅的粒化。 The effect of solid solution time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hypoeutectic,eutectic and hypereutectic Al-Si binary alloys were comparatively studied before and after modification. The results show that the tensile strength of both the unmodified and modified Al-Si alloys decreases gradually whereas their elongation increases remarkably with increase of the solution time. The solution time has the largest effect on the tensile properties and elongation of Al-12Si eutectic alloys. The good combination of the tensile strength and elongation of Al-Si alloy can be obtained at 535 ℃ solid solution treatment, holding for 6 h. The modification with Sr helps refine eutectic silicon during solid solution treatment.
