摘要
将自行配置的两种液体作为水玻璃的硬化剂 ,用其硬化的水玻璃砂 2 4h强度、表面稳定性较高 ,残留强度极低 ;这种自硬砂初期强度建立较慢 ,可与硬化较快的硬化剂配合使用 。
Self made two kinds of liquid could be used as hardeners of sodium silicate. Strength at 24 hous and surface stability of sodium silicate sand hardened by them were quite high and retained strength was very low. The initial strength of this kind of sodium silicate sand was gotten slowly, so the hardeners could be used with faster ones or at high temperature and in dry season.
