摘要
快速原型技术与精密铸造技术相结合，是制造模具的有效方法；为获得高品质的陶瓷型铸造金属模具，着重从硅酸乙酯水解液的配方，催化剂的加入量，焙烧工艺等方面进行实验和研究，通过考察陶瓷型的强度、表面稳定性、透气性和尺寸精度，得到了制作陶瓷型的最佳工艺参数组合，可用于指导实际生产。
