摘要
目的 分析垂体脓肿的临床特点并探讨其误诊原因。方法 回顾性分析 9例垂体脓肿的临床资料 ,包括临床表现、影像学特征、诊断和治疗。结果 9例中 2例术前诊断为垂体脓肿 ,7例误诊为其他鞍区病变。所有病例均经手术和病理证实为垂体脓肿。术后均给予抗生素治疗 ,无脓肿复发。结论 垂体脓肿发病率低 ,症状和体征与其他鞍区病变不易鉴别 ,易误诊 。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and misdiagnostic reason of pituitary abscess.Methods The clinical data of nine cases with pituitary abscess were analyzed retrospectively including the clinical presentation, image feature, diagnosis and treatment.Results Two cases were diagnosed as pituitary abscess and seven cases were misdiagnosed as other pituitary diseases preoperatively.All cases were diagnosed as pituitary abscess by operation and histopathological examination.The patients received a regimen of antibiotics postoperatively.There was no recurrence of pituitary abscess.Conclusions The pituitary abscess were uncommon.The symptoms and signs of pituitary abscess were not distinguished from other pituitary diseases,and were easy to misdiagnose.It should be important to enhance the knowledge of this disease in clinic.
